The Cattier House elaborates its champagne from the vineyards to the bubbles with a traditional and creative mind to guarantee an exceptional quality. Our expertise is based on respect for Mother Nature. It is with that philosophy that we eco-responsibly cultivate our 33 hectares for over 20 years. We are proud to be among the forerunners of sustainable winegrowing in Champagne. Our vineyards, mostly ranked as « premier cru », are located in the heart of the prestigious soils of the Montagne de Reims. Chigny-les-Roses, Rilly-la-Montagne, Ludes (...). They are part of the 42 villages classified premier cru out of the 319 in Champagne. At the heart of the estate, our jewel of 2.20 ha, the « Clos du Moulin », is one of the very few historic enclosed plots in Champagne. This vineyard, surrounded by a wall, is cultivated with care and precision thanks to a traditional workhorse.
